Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Does anyone here have, or is familiar with carpal tunnel syndrome?
I think I might have it.
Lately my wrists have been hurting constantly, I cannot put my arms in any comfortable position anymore, and sometimes feels like theyre burning slightly.
The muscles in my hand tend to pull and hurt making gaming and just doing anything hard.
Theres times when I can't even hold something in my hand, because I just lose all strength in it :/

great that you make a post here. i read online as i got it at 18-19, and i got really depressed, because it basically said my shit is fucked. called my doctor, and she was like, dude, chill. just stretch your wrists a lot, both ways up and down. hold it a long time and do the other way. it cured the pain, and made me regain strength. it was so bad i couldnt lift mouse.
oh, and get an aloe vera plant. and just lathe that shit on you when it grows. cures everything that stuff does.
